The coordinator of the Ministry of Tourism of the Province, Jorge Mauger and the director of Social Tourism, Eleonora Gallardo met with the leaders of chambers and associations in the tourism sector, to share the information provided by the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation about promotion for retirees and current salteñas companies can join the initiative.
According to the information provided by the national body, with this promotion retirees can access discounts of up to 50% in different tourist services attached.
The program seeks to develop competitive conditions for the domestic market, coupled with a financing scheme to facilitate access to services and with a strong component of social tourism, which provide incentives to social sectors that do not have frequent access to tourism services.
The campaign proposes benefits in low season oriented elderly (pensioners and people over 60 years) and their families, for travel throughout the country, between 15 October and 15 December 2016.

Long-distance buses.CELADI (Business Chamber Long Distance -Omnibus-) up to 30% off, Omnibus CATAP (Argentina Chamber of Automotive Transportation Passenger) of AAETA (Argentina Association of the Automotive Transport) and CEAP (Business Chamber of transportations Passenger).
Hotels belonging to FEHGRA (Federation of Hotels and Restaurants of the Argentina Republic) and AHT (Hotel Association of Tourism of Argentina) will present up to 40% and those of AHRCC (Association of Hotels, restaurants, bars and cafés) up 30% discount, the same percentage that Parcels Argentina Federation of Associations of Travel and Tourism.
