Carpe Diem Hotel staff work together and all areas are connected to each other. In order to be one of the hotel staff, employees have to be trained in case they have no prior knowledge in the hospitality field. One of the requirements of these employees are languages, if possible English.
All Carpe Diem employees have safety training, which is provided by the head of security. Once or twice a year a fire drill is practiced, so that everyone is prepared in case of an emergency.
