Galeno, the company dedicated to health. Is a prepaid health service with origin Argentina, the only one with private sanatoriums in the country.
The company has it own sanatoriums (seven) and all of them have an area of human resources.
The Human Resources area takes control of the staff and regulate compliance with the normatives of the organization.
From Galeno´s Central house is work together with the sanatoriums.
Each sanatorium has its staff manager and a team that complements it.
