A.2         SCOPE

Control and accompany the control over the securitymeasures which the supplier must comply since

the run-upto the filling processuntil the end of the same, as well as, take INH2O levels before and after the load reading

provision of  oxygen  to the measures of security and verification ofoptimum levels of load to the correct

Supply of the oxygenthat you will use the Model Clinic for the care of their patients.

OVERVIEW

A.5.1     OPENING HOURS

The reception hours are Monday to Friday 6 am to 17 pmand Saturdays from 6 to 12 hours.

A.5.2     UNIT OF MEASURE (OXYGEN) OF THE BIG TANK

The unit of measure of the oxygen of the large tank is itcalled INH2O water column inch) each line

equals 1 inch is 25.4 mm This is calculated the height and the volume of the tankcontaining 3200 M3, that is, the maximum capacity is of 96.96 INH2O, the coefficient (for this type of oxygen) is 33,

the coefficientwill always be based on the  size of the tank and will vary depending on the type

of product that is loaded, forexample if in the same tank will be  charged Argon would beused

another coefficient

A.5.3     PROHIBITIONS

The circulation and permanence isprohibited inside the restriction areaduring the process of filling of the oxygen.

B.2         FINAL READING OF THE LEVEL OFTHE TANK

B.3         RECEPTION OUT OF SCHEDULE

C             ROLL OF THE SUPERVISIOR

C.1         CONTROL OF READING OF THE LEVELSOF THE TANK

To control that the personnel takes noteof the level of the oxygen before realizingthe load and on having finished the sameone.

D             ANNEXES

D.1         VALUE OF THE DIGITAL MANOMETER.

D.2         VALUES THAT DECLARE THEMSELVES  FOOT OF THE VOUCHER OF THESERVICE

Manometer, before realizing theload, was of 54,see I annex D. 1) and thelater one 92, the difference is 38, thatmultiplied by the coefficient 33 gives awhole of 1254 m3 that is the value to beinformed..
